Asp.Net User
UserControl and child properties4/15/2005 9:47:49 AM

Hi,

Is it possible to create a User Control that uses properties like:

<MyUserControl:TestControl Visible="true">
    <Text>
       blah..blah..
     </Text>
</MyUserControl:TestControl>

(with reference to the 'text' property)

I would rather not use a typical server control since we require easy control of the visual output of the control, such as we get using a ascx file.

Thanks
bmains

The only way you can get it is by setting these attributes:

[NotifyParentProperty(true), PersistenceMode(PersistenceMode.InnerProperty), DesignerSerializationVisibility(DesignerSerializationVisibility.Content)]
