Looking for a Host like WebMatrixHosting9/21/2004 3:07:59 AM

Hey guys!

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good hosting provider that allowed access to your IIS settings like WebMatrixHosting does.

I signed up with 1 provider and am very disappointed. I found a few others, which I like, but it seems that to change a directories execute permissions I would have to submit a support request. Submitting support request doesn't sound very appealing and with one particular provder it costs $$$ on a per incident basis.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, What kind of settings you're looking to have on your web application?
I work with daWsi.net and we can adjust those settings with no problem, no extra cost or have them already defined so its ready when you upload your files.

I'll take a look. The really KEY feature I am looking for is to be able to modify the Execute Permissions myself via a control panel. I have a tendeancy to change my mind on things. =)

I guess the other thing I should mention is that I plan on hosting .NET Controls (not web controls) on my site, which is why I would like access to change the Execute Permissions myself.

Check our Control Panel Demo and there you will be able to see how you can change the permission settings for each directory you create. Let me know if you have any other questions
