Installing Terminal Server as SPLA7/1/2005 1:32:23 PM

Can somebody please advice me, how to reinstall or switch a regular Windows 2003 Server with Terminal services on it into the SPLA mode? We are a new SPLA service provider with all the neccesary agreement numbers etc. but nobody can explain me hot to do this task.

I don't think any configuration is required for the terminal server.  You will have to reconfigure TS licensing.  Perhaps this link will help clarify - http://www.microsoft.com/serviceproviders/licensing/understandingspla.mspx

I don't know if the MPS will be requiered for terminal server hosting, but maybe usefull to install microsoft solution for hosted messaging and collaboration 3.5, my question will be the mininum requierement is 6 server and I was wondering if this can be done with 1 computer (maybe using ms virtual server) or if needed 6 diferents computers?

Robi,

Our company is the sole distributor of SPLA in Asia Pac so i've heard this query a million times.

All you need to do is jump on your TS server and enter the licensing wizard. There select the SPLA option, from their you will be prompted for your Agreement Number.

Thats it!
