I know a lot more about web design than particular hosts. However after simple searches, In my humble opinion, there are way too many windows hosts at a fraction of $216...Gate is one of many, many, many. I would switch immediately, since they have that money back guarantee. You'll have to ask Hostway about the switching fee though. Good luck!
