Create custom control?

I want to create a very simple custom control.
That is the image button with image is specify as the following code.



System.Web.UI.WebControls.ImageButton imgButton = new ImageButton();


imgButton.ImageUrl="Images/icon-calendar.gif";


imgButton.CausesValidation=false;


this.Controls.Add(imgButton);

It run well. And I had an dll imgButton.dll. In new project, I must have Folder "Images" and file "icon-calendar.gif".
But I want in dll imgButton.dll that contains "icon-calendar.gif" and I must not need folder "Images" and file icon-calendar.gif" as I did above.
Could you help me?
