Calendar Control Modification

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone has modified the Calendar control so it does not post back to the server, but executes the date selection as a simple hyperlink. I need a control like this for a project that moves a lot of data between screen refreshes, so I need a control that won't post back that frame each time. If there is a way to do this with JavaScript or another control on the net I can use, please let me know.

Hi Dan,

There are a number of replacement calendars on the market that feature client-side updating. I am the author of one, "Peter's Date Package" (http://www.PeterBlum.com/DateControls/home.aspx). I'll leave it to you to determine if it meets your needs.
