Here's my take on Infragistics. I'm not going to trash anyone but I feel this is an important piece of information.
I use their stuff and have been for a long time. Their Web tree control is awesome, as is a lot of others. That said, I will not use their Web Grid control. They left out an important event that I feel can make life very difficult. When I approached a representative he said that he knew they made that mistake and that it will be corrected. That was several revisions ago. The event left out is ItemCommand. If you know anything about the standard DataGrid (or any other templated controls for that matter), then you know the importance of this event. I really hope this gets corrected because their controls are very client-side rich and well written. Maybe if they read this, they will correct this problem.
