I have created a webpart and test with 3 different browsers and found it working well in IE only. 

How to make it as Cross browser compatibility...

Hi,

Take the two examples 

1. I have set  WebPartZone's property such as WebpartVerbRenderMode = TilteBar, It is working fine with ie in runtime, but the same is not working with other browser and it appears as WebpartVerbRenderMode = Menu in runtime.

2.  Some  Webpart zones not appearing with restore mode in cross browsers.

I believe the titleBar rendermode is only supported in IE.

Not sure why restore isn't working for you.  Have you disabled minimize for those zones?  What does your code look like...
