Hi, hope someone can help me please ?. I got WSS 3.0 and custom developed web parts which are working fine.  When I decide to modify something in one of the web part, then I will do the amendments and release the DLL into the bin folder under the WSS root directory, this is when the problem arises. Instead of disabling only that particular web part which is facing problem, the whole WSS goes down displaying the error message: This page has encountered a critical error. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.  The path for the DLLs is:C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\500\bin\ I just don?t want the whole WSS to go down of course for some silly errors I make in any of the web part.  Has anyone got solution for this PLEASE, this is very annoying and putting me in trouble most of the time.
