Today when I decide to create a new web site, and look around the internet first, then I saw
Visual Studio 2005 Web Application Projects (RC1) published, so I downloaded it, and try to install it.
It tells me to uninstall the older version (beta2), ok, I followed.
Then it tells me to install
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 ? Update to Support Web Application Projects first. ok, ok, I would.
I download the update, and when starting to install it, it just tell me "nothing to upgrade", I searched the web, and finnaly realized that this upgrade supports VS2005 English version currently, which means I can't install the WAP RC1.
ok, ok, ok. follow the way back, but I found I can't...
I've uninstalled WAP beta2, and now nowhere to download it again (is it good or bad habit to delete something in beta after installing?), all the download links I got from Google points to the official dowloand page, and it's updated to RC1, which is only for English users.
Great, now I can decide to create a new web site, as soon as WAP RC1 is aviable for Chinese Users.
this story tells us: do backup everything, even beta program install files, or don't look around when you decide to work.
Any one can help me? If you have beta2 install files, can you send me a copy?
?????May there be enough clouds in your life to build a beautiful sunset.
