Hello everybody,

 Can any of you please tell me how to convert MP3 files into FLV or SWF? I have converted video files but not able to convert MP3.

There's a simple product called SWiSH Jukebox that converts MP3 to FLV. It also wraps a playlist into a SWF music player.

It's worth bearing in mind that Silverlight has some major advantages over this approach - so you might want to check it out before you commit to the flash route.
