What happened to the Style Wizard in Visual Web Developer 2008?12/19/2007 9:45:23 PM

VWD 2005 Express had a nice (I think) Style Wizard.  What has happened to it in VWD 2008 Express?  I can only get to it from the properties window and it is very different.

Style Builder is different in VWD 2008, it is the same as in Expression Web. It actually provides more functionality than one in 2005, like integration with other CSS tools.

Thanks

Hi Doug,

In VWD 2008, you can create a new style by going to the webform Design view and selecting Format menu -> New Style...  You can view all your applied styles by going to the CSS Properties window (under the View menu).

Style Builder should be accessible via ... button in the element Style property in the properties window. However, you may consider using new CSS Properties window and Apply Styles and Manage Styles panels instead - look under View menu.

Thanks
