VWD 2008 - Layout tool bar from VWD 2005

Im a newbie learning .NET 2.0, im watching all of the video's in the "Learn" section of the site. However the tutorials are in VWD 2005 and in lesson 2 it talks about the Layout dropdown next to tools in the top tool bar. This is non-existent from what i can see in VWD 2008?

Maybe im being blind as im new to this but i canne see it Hmm
