Yes and you also need to uninstall any of the components not uninstalled automatically, such as .NET 3.x, Web Tools Authoring Components, SQL, etc.

you have to uninstall only previous orcas ctp or earlier .net 3.0 editions.

But there is no need to uninstall VS2005 or earlier
