Control Extender menu not showing up.11/24/2007 1:53:11 AM

Hi:

 I was using Web Developer Express 2008 on Vista to do some AJAX programming.  I registered the Ajax Control Toolkit for the 3.5 Framework and wrote a test application.  When working in design mode I noticed that when selected a button the extender helper menu did not show up so I could not use the "Add Extender" menu item to start the Extender Wizard.  I manually added a ConfirmButtonExtender and it worked as expected.  Does anyone have an idea as to why the menu may not be showing?
