i had down load quick started tutorial form http://asp.net/downloads/starterkits/default.aspx?tabid=62. that was a vsi file. i run and install it but during the time installing it had a error

Installation stopped because the directory for the ProjectType value did not exist.  The project type is invalid for your installation of Visual Studio.

how to slove this problem.i need it to do my project. Please help me. thanks

You've installed an Express version of Visual Studio, which is either for web apps or windows apps (not both, two separate installs), and your starter kit is for the opposite.  Either install the proper version of the Express VS or the full version of Visual Studio.

i install Personal Edition version of  Visual studio. I remember i also delete some folder in Visual Studio 2005 folder at my document by accident. Before i delete some folder i can install it.
