You can't use Visual Studio Plug-Ins with the Express editions.

Hi,

The final/official version is available at

http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vwd/

The express editions of Visual Studio do not have a number of enterprise development features, such as source code control, remote debugging, etc.
