How is variable @CurrentTimeUtc defined3/3/2006 12:19:45 AM

I am using aspnetdb as a login database and need to change the time of the login to local time. The variable @CurrentTimeUtc defines the @CreateDate in my case it is defined as GMT which I would like to change to GMT + 10hrs.

I can't find where the variable @CurrentTimeUtc is defined in any of the stored procedures.
