Is it OK to install VS2008 next to VS2005 on the same box and develop apps with both alternately? Thanks

Hi,

I've been running both since the beta version of VS2008 without any problems. Now with the release of VS2008 i will remove VS2005. There is simply no need for me to have both.

Yes, this scenario is fully supported. One caveat: you may not be able to open same project file in both versions. VS 2008 project file format is slightly different, so moving project back from 2008 to 2005 is not supported.
