Visual studio 2008 slow in loading RDLC reports

It takes a long time to load any rdlc reports. It is painting the Table cell texboxes one by one whenever I have the rdlc design screen open. I am using VS2008 Team System. I thought the hot fixes would fix this performance problem but it didn't. VS2005 has no problem loading the same report. Has anyone experienced this?

I answer this myself. Maybe something going on with my PC. It is sporadic, so must be some program running in the background that caused this.
