TabContainer not rendering properly in VWD2008

Does anyone else see this problem in VWD2008? Thanks!

Please file a bug on Connect: http://connect.microsoft.com/ and if possible, attach page or describe page markup and exact repro steps there. There may be a bug or certain unsupported construct in the Tab control design time HTML. Designer is not the browser so there may be certain styles it may no be able to render (not the entire CSS2 is supported).

Issue listed as: VWD2008 does not render AJAXToolkit TabContainer correctly.

Repro steps and image of issue included.
