Hi!

 I'm use web Application Projects, in Visual Studio 2008. And I publish Web Site, at Copy tab, I choose "Only files needed to run this application". The webforms where compiled, but App_Code (or other folder) not. In the IIS the classes of App_Code are files.

is there some way, of the compiled App_Code in myWebProject.DLL?

Don't put the files in the app_code directory.  App_Code by design does not compile to a dll.  You can modify the code files on the iis server and the changes will be live.  The model is more like inline .net code on aspx pages.  If you add the .cs files to a regular c# library project they will compile as a dll.

App_Code is only for Web sites where most of the files are not compiled, so App_Code is the place to put files that you do want to compile. In WAP the entire project is compiled so there is no need for special App_Code directory.
