WTF - Visual Studio 2005, Vista Home Premuim, IE7

I' ve installed all the patches for Visual Studio ie: SP1..etc. When I try and run an application or do "view in browser" it takes 1-2 minutes for the page to come up in IE7. Once it's up it works fine, it's just very unresponsive otherwise (Opening and Closing). Normal internet surfing seems to be fine. It's only when Visual Studio is involved. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

Ok -- I figured out a couple work arounds.

1. Download firefox and use it for daily work and check IE periodically.
2. Hit "Browse With" by right clicking an aspx file and use/set as default the "Internal Web Browser". (This is the most performant option)
3. Use XP - (Which I was very close to going back to)

Has anyone witnessed this type of problem besides me?
