Web Configuration Problems in VS Team for developer

After formating my pc(XPSP2) i installed vs team system for developers (NO SP1) and start creating web projects, web services projects and i found in the configuration manager only one settings is available which is DEBUG, i remembered there is another one which is RELEASE how can i get it? If there are other files missing please tell me.

P.S: The Languages used are C# or VB, this is a complete listing of all folders/files under

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates\Web\

Please compare using names and size and a machine with no sp1 applied.

There is no Release configuration in VS 2005 for ASP.NET project configuration manager.

You can set debug="false" in your web.config to make your web application have a bit better performance. e.g.

<compilation defaultLanguage="C#" debug="false" />
