Web config loses file permissions prob2/13/2007 11:38:59 AM

Anyone come across this odd problem before

Whenever I check in a web.config or web.sitemap file into source safe from my local project the file loses it's access permissions on my local dev machine. I need to reset the file permissions before I can run the project again
