Visual Studio 2005 IDE Issue - Create New Website - HEEEEEELP

I installed VS 2005 Pro.

I created a New Webiste application
I Created a New webservice
I created a new VB Win Forms Application.

So I know everything was working to start with.

Then I Installed

Some 3rd party software (Infragistics NetAdvantage 5.3 CLR2)
Rebooted - Ran PCTOOL Registry Mechanic.

Now when I am in VS 2005 IDE I click on
File -> New Website

the New Website Dialog box is displayed but Everything in the Box is for Web applications are gone.
Web sites, Webservice, everything.

the only thing in the Box is for Windows Application - which is incorrect.

short of reinstalling the VS 2005 does anyone have any clues on how to fix the IDE?

Try running devenv.exe /setup from command line.
