trying to publish website but publish folder remains empty

project runs in begug on several computers withotu a problem, when i click publish and choose a folder to publish to it says "publish suceed" and then when i go to that folder it stil remains empty, any help would be aoppreciated

vs2005, c#, sql serve 2k5, project in webroot, publish folder in webroot as well.

Fixed it. I ran aspnet_compiler with the -errostack directive in the shell prompt and the output was the following error: HttpParseException: Unexpected end of file looking for </link> tag.
Aparently some of my pages were not XHTML compliant. After closing properly the tags, everything runs smoothly and the website publishes correctly.
Aparently not properlyclosing tags (by the XHTML standard) makes the compiler generate errors, but these are not diplayed in the IDE.

After fixing this the publish function generates output.
