Property expansions suggestion

Currently when using a "property" expansion, you need to edit the name of both the private backing variable and the public property name. 90% of the time these will change in lock step - the private myProp will be matched by the public MyProp - so it would be nice if VS would try to keep them in synch (upper casing the first character of the property, at least in C#). Ignoring prefixing characters like "_" would be even nicer. Even nicer still would be the ability to configure the style (stuff like the member prefix character) for generated code.
