Problems in VS2005 after upgrading to Active Directory3/24/2006 6:13:58 PM

My development machine at work was upgraded from Novell to Active Directory. Things seemed normal till I started up Visual Studio 2005. I opened an existing web project that compiled fine before the upgrade and on rebuild website I now get 47 errors!

The errors are indicating certain web controls (like textboxes) aren't found even thoug I can see them in the designer and their names are correct.

Any suggestions on what I can do to get VS2005 working again?

Well, I did get my development machine running again but it took some time. Seems when I changed to active directory every application on my machine thinks it's just been installed. I had to reconfigure all my tools.

To get VS2005 to compile my web site again, I had to delete ALL files in the web site directories, then check out the latest version from our source control tool, and I could now do a successful rebuild all.
