Is there some way to change visual studio 2005 for it works with percentages by default? (instead of pixels)

I believe if one is specified (percent or pixel) that we attempt to preserve that.  For example, if a table has width="100%" and you resize the table then the new attribute will be width="50%".  If the table has width="300px" and you resize the new attribute will be width="150px".  I don't think there is an option like this when generating new CSS attributes.

What is the specific scenario?  Are you typing in Source view and expect intellisense to suggest % instead of px?  Or are you resizing an object in Design view?  Please specify the page type, view, and object you are working with.

Hi,
I want that when i drag a control from the toolbox to the window desing, it has the size in %. By default it is created in pixels. Can i do this with visual studio 2005?

You can do this.  Create your own custom HTML snippets with the sizing attributes in Source view.  Select the HTML for the control, and drag to the Toolbox.  A new Toolbox Item is created.  Drag that to the page each time you want to create a new control.

Many thanks danmor,
it changes sizing attributes, but not keeps position attributes. I change both, drag to the toolbox and when drag this control to the page, it only keeps sizing attributes.

Sorry for the delay in reply.  I just returned from vacation.

There are Options that could affect positioning behavior.  If your target HTML validation is IE 3.02 then positioning attributes might be stripped out.  Look in Tools | Options-> Text Editor -> HTML -> Validation, and verify your Target is IE 6.

You can also check the box in Tools | Options -> HTML Designer -> CSS Positioning for "Change positioning to the following for controls added using the Toolbox, paste, or drag and drop:" to "Absolutely positioned.
