I was playing with VS2005 expressions on User Controls and bound a Web.config AppSettings value to a property on the control and it inserted code similiar to the following:

<asp:Label ID=txt runat=server Text="<%$ AppSettings:WebmasterEMailAddress %>" />

Is this new to VS2005 or did I miss it in VS2002/3?

The AppSettings expression is new in VS 2005.
