Hello!

I have a method, which calls other methods, which in turn call other methods.

 

Is there any way, in VS2005, for me to trace which methods are being called, in what order?

 

Ie, i'd like a printout like:

 

a()

b()

b2()

c()

I don't know if there's a tool that can do this kind of report for you. However, you can follow these traces yourself if you right click on a method and choose "go to definition". But I understand you would like to have this in some kind of report... hmmm.... that would be very nice. Some kind of dependency report. That would actually be very helpful to me too. I think I will google a bit on this!
