I don't understand why some tools drag and drop on a web form from the tool box and some tools don't.  I get the international sign for stop.  Is there something in the configuration somewhere I need to set?  Right now any tool I drag to the work area gets the stop sign.  This is really frustrating.  I have way more to do then troubleshoot the dev tool.  Any body know anything about this?

Jimmy could you mention the name of a tool that you are trying to drop on a page in the devTool and please do mention on which type of page are you dropping?

I'm trying to install the Windows Media Player and it is in the Device Dialogs.  I'm following this article to install the WMP: http://www.informit.com/articles/article.asp?p=101752&rl=1

You can only drop controls that are supported in the given editor context. WMP is a client object and controls you are describing are designed to work in a client-side Windows Form. They won't work in ASPX page.

Thanks Mikhail.  It would have helped if that point was prominent in the documentation.  I looked for a day to find out what was going on.....;)
