I've just installed IBS. I'm new to this so forgive me if this is an obvious question. I registered and logged in while using forms authentication and set myself up as an administrator. However, since I want to use IBS as an intranet tool, I changed my web config to use Windows authentication. I noticed that I was no longer an administrator. I went into the database and added a row with my windows login (i.e. companyname/username) and set that user up as an admin as well (since the password field is encryped, I left it to default to a null password).
However, I am still not an administrator while using Windows authentication. I get the feeling that the database isn't used to lookup user information under Windows Authentication mode. Is that correct?
So, my question - how do I set up myself (and other users) when using Windows authentication under different roles?
