Problem with Portal on Windows 2003 WebEdition

Hi,
I have problem with install IBuySpy Portal on Windows 2003 WebEdition...
I installed all pre-components, and still recive information:
"IBuySpy Portal is in ASP.Net Code and you request MSDE, IIS and .Framework SDK"
What is wrong?
Any ideas?

It seems that in Windows 2003, IIS accesses SQL Server through NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE (and not thru ASPNET, as in previous Windows) account
While installation of IBS configures for access thru ASPNET
