Announcements Module. Read More Implementation

The original IbuySpy Portal doesnt have a solution for the read more link in the announcements module.
I would like that when the user click the read more, the rest of the announcement apear in the same window.
Any ideas how to implement this solution??

Why not display the Read More info in a hidden <div>?
