crypt() and uniqid() functions were not converted1/18/2004 7:32:25 PM

I just tried this tool on a PHP project, and these two functions were not converted at all:
crypt()
uniqid()

What would be the closest equivalent of crypt() in .NET? With rich cryptography support in .NET, I would expect a class there that does something similar.

Have look at the functions in the .NET Framework's System.Crpytography namespace. The following page provides a good overview of cryptography in .NET: http://www.gotdotnet.com/team/clr/cryptofaq.htm
