I've finally got my personal web site up and running.  I've got myself registered as adminstrator and have users who are registered as friends.  The problem is that I can view the pictures that I upload in to the galleries, but my "friends" users cannot.  Any ideas as to why this might be?

No, I thought if I made the "public" then anyone would be able to view them.
