How to create admin profile using sql 200010/1/2005 4:41:19 AM

I've searched and can't find anything pertaining to this.

My webhost is using sql 2000 and if I goto website>asp.net configuration

It's not there. I know my host is running asp.net 2.0 and sql 2000, but the strange thing is when I load vs.net 2005. It can't detect asp.net 2.0 on the machine.

Anyway how would I create a admin profile, groups, users etc..?

I figured out how to create and approve users programattically. All I need now is to figure out how to create user roles programattically. For example what would I need to do to create different levels of memberships ie(basic, intermediate, advanced, platinum)

I created an admin account by using the web.config file and this line of code:
<authorization>
                <allow roles="Administrators" users ="usernamehere"/>
                <deny users="*"/>
            </authorization>
