Will I be able to use the personal website starterkit on the 30 day free web host " VWDHosting?

If so is there anything I should do to upload  my database , because there are a few things extra in the app_data folder as that shown on the VWDHosting tutorial . The extras are  a Personal-add sql , personal-remove sql and a ASPNETDB.MDF.

Yes all the information you need to know is on the site you only need to close attention to the instructions and take nothing for granted and assume nothing.

How do I add the administrator user to the aspdb on Godaddy. The personal site its up i did everything the say on the website, but now the administrator user is not aded to the aspdb, so i can't manage the website at all.

Some additional info that may be helpful...the Go Daddy documentation shows you how to run SQL directly against the tables to insert records etc. For a few users that's fine (just be careful), but manual updates are tedious and error-prone with a lot of users.

I use database procedures that accept a username and do the work of approving and assigning to the Administrators or Friends role. I've put the procedures into a SQL script for download. You've got to be able to run the SQL script on your database (it creates the stored procedures), but I've put instructions on the web page that should be clear:
