On several workstations, we've successfully uninstalled B1 Refresh and installed the Dec CTP release. On one of the workstations we had to uninstall the Dec CTP then try to re-install. The installation seems to run without error. After a reboot and trying to run VS.NET the following error is received:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

I've compared the devenv.exe.config file to one on a workstation that is working and they are identical. I've also verified that the registry settings are pointing to the correct paths for the new framework.
