Using CSSAdapters for the whole site

Hi all,

I want to make the color (look and feel) change effect as we can do it on msn home page by selecting different colors.

Can we use CSS Adapters for the whole web site instead of using it over just few controls?

If yes, how can we do it? And if not, what are other ways by which I can achieve above mentioned functionality.
