Cashe Question

I've been experimenting with Cache and I have a problem with it in the global.asax. Anytime I type for example CachedData.getProductRow I get a squiggly line under CachedData. What I'm I not importing? Below is a sample of the code:

what do you mean by "squiggly line under CachedData.", can you be more specific?
