Hello, I've been happily coding along using a combination of masterpages and themes, when I added the next requirement of my project, which is URL rewriting.
I rewrite something like /comics/[date].aspx to /default.aspx?comicdate=[date], which since the default.aspx page is in the root, the theme outputs the CSS file as if the current file was in the root.
Unfortunately of course, the browser acts (appropriately) as if it were in the root of the site, so thus, no CSS file.
I found a guy who says he has the solution: http://blogs.dotnetgerman.com/thomas/PermaLink,guid,f211331c-b175-4a25-8958-ece6bc6d364a.aspx
I tried to use bablefish to translate, but had no luck. Can someone either tell me how to force the theme to output the apropriate path for the css file (I honestly prefer rooted paths, aka /app_themes/dndorks/dndorks.css, but I've never had a project that needed to be run from a virtual folder...) or translate the german into workable code?
Thanks!
Richard Mathis
