I have a site with a menu control on the master page.  It works fine in the development environment on my local machine, but totally dissappears after the solution is published to my test server.  Build and publish process show no errors.  I have a site at the root that works with the menu control with no problems.  I am at a loss on what may be going on.  Any suggestions?

Try to publish it with "Allow this precomplied site to be updatable" checked, to see whether the aspx file contains the menu control.

Or try to publish it to another server or another site on the same server to see whether the menu control is OK.
