I have used the thems in my masterpage.But the problem is I load the css files with the every request.

if there any way to avoid loading more than once for the css files associated to the Themes in master page?

BlueSky theme uses 2 css files size of 10 kb and 13 kb...everytime there is download!!!

You have to tell the browser what styles are in place for a page. Most browsers will aggresively cache .css files, so even though the style sheet link appears in the header it doesn't require a download each time.
