Is this possible with a Master Page?

I have various different form files/apps with their specific JavaScript/CSS files. Is it possible to create a Master Page and have a set of CSS files referecing to that Master Page and also JavaScript files but also having a way of attaching form/file specific CSS/JavaScript files?

Sure. There are various ways of doing this. One way is just to add the CSS files that are used across the whole site in the master page and then after the style sheets add a contentplaceholder that can be used by the individual pages to add their style sheets in. VS doesn't like when you add contentplaceholders outside the body of the document so this will typically result in your contentplaceholder showing with a red squiggly in design view to indicate VS doesn't know what you're doing but it will still work and you can then add your style sheets inside the content tag on your page. You can do the same thing with javascript files. Put the ones that are used across the whole site in the master page and then have a contentplaceholder for the page-specific ones and let the individual pages add their own js files as needed.

There are other ways to do this but this is probably the easiest.
