                 i have a master page called master1 in root directory .

/master1.master,

i have a web form called client.aspx in forum folder.       /forum/client.aspx

here i have implemented master page on client page.everything is properly working except images in style.

 give me the solution ...

all path in master page are relative to content page location.

check this thread.

 The styles inside the content page should write inside the masterpage. or you can use extrenal CSSpage and inherit that page inside the master page. you can't write inside the content page.

Try

You have to apply Theme on content pages like this

<%@ Page Language="VB" AutoEventWireup="false" CodeFile="Default.aspx.vb" Inherits="_Default"

MasterPageFile="MasterPage.master" Theme="Theme1" %>
