Does anyone know of a place where I can download free (or even buy) skin themes?  I was hoping there was some library or collection of skin templates I could choose from since I am lacking in artistic ability.

Found the answer to my question.
Anyone interested in free skins can get them at http://www.dotnettreats.com/tools/Default.aspx
After you download the zip file, the actual theme files are stored under the SampleThemes/App_Themes folder.
There are 8 different Themes to choose from.  You can see what each of them look like by clicking preview at the link I listed above.
