Ad Rotator Dilema

I am developing an application which has a landing page for each state (usa). My issue is that I need to filter Ad Rotator keywords based on the page being loaded into the master page.

EXAMPLE
The page containing Florida content is called and is assigned to a master page which contains Ad Rotator controls. Is it possible/necesarry to dynamically populate the Master Page Ad Rotator control based on the page being called?

My goal is to display ad content based on the state page being requested by the client using the Ad Rotator control.

Any help would be appreciated...

I figured this one out on my own after countless hours of reading 2 books. My concept of how Master Pages worked wasn't too clear. I am up and running now and can get the ads to appear as I need them to.

I didn't realize that all I had to do was place content placeholders in the portions of the master pages designated for the ad images and populate those using content placeholders with the same id in the contentpages while using keywords on both to filter the ads I wish to appear using an XML file.

Hope this helps anyone with the same basic dilemma.
